Protect your BMW R1200 & R1250 GS and GS Adventure's side stand switch and avoid being stranded with the Terra Moto side stand switch guard.  The side stand switch otherwise known as the kickstand switch is a crucial component of your bike that is vulnerable and exposed.  Whether the riding conditions are extreme or not the side stand switch is very easily damaged.  Damage to your side stand switch will kill the engine and inhibit you from restarting your motorcycle.

The Terra Moto side stand switch guard provides ample protection to the front, bottom and outward-facing sides of the switch.  Constructed from 0.125" (3mm) laser cut 5052 aluminum, the guard is both lightweight and robust.  Additionally the Terra Moto side stand switch guard is type II anodized black for increased durability.  Before anodizing, the guards go through a bead blasting process which gives them a stunning satin black finish that blends in with your BMW R1200 & R1250 GS and GS Adventure seamlessly.

The Terra Moto side stand switch guard mounts securely to your BMW R1200 & R1250 GS and GS Adventure's chassis by using a loop clamp and the mounting point for OEM GS Adventure crash bars.  Don't worry, the side stand switch guard includes all the hardware you need, regardless of whether you have OEM R1250 GS Adventure crash bars, no crash bars, or an aftermarket crash bar with a mounting bracket less than 8mm thick.
