The Terra Moto Bar Risers raise the bars 35mm (1.38") giving you a more upright riding position which takes load off your arms and back and gives you more control while sitting and standing.  Cable extenders or rerouting the cables is not necessary, its an easy bolt-on upgrade that will immediately improve your comfort on the motorcycle.  The Bar Risers are 100% CNC machined from solid 6061 T6 aluminum here in Southern California.  

All new hardware is included; 4x A2 stainless steel Torx cap heads are included for their strength and corrosion resistant properties.  The end of the bolts are coated with a Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) patch which helps insulate the fasteners from vibrations, but unlike traditional thread lockers it won't seize the bolt and require a high breakaway torque or gunk up the threads with dried solution.  The MEK patch is also good for 5 uses, so if you want to adjust your bars position the MEK patch will retain its properties.  The Terra Moto 35mm Bar Risers for your BMW R 1200/R 1250 GS and GSA are essential to improving your comfort and control.
