Returns

Yes, absolutely! Terra Moto offers 30 days from date of purchase to reurn an item for a 100% refund as well as make exchanges. All products must be in unused condition. View our "Refund Policy" page for a more indepth overview. Please reach out to us if you have any more questions.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic: For all domestic orders we ship with UPS and USPS, we have found that they have great rates, handle the packages the well, and have accurate delivery times. At checkout you will have the ability to choose between various shipping methods and carriers.

International: For international shipments we offer DHL, UPS, and USPS. We find that DHL and UPS have better rates and better delivery times.

Monday-Friday all orders placed before 2pm (PST) will be shipped out the same day.  All orders placed after 2pm (PST) will be shipped out the next business day.

You will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse.  The email will contain the tracking information for your order.  If it has been a few days after you placed your order and you haven't recieved a shipment confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service Info@terramotousa.com and we'll work to resolve any issue.

Warranty

Terra Moto parts carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. This warranty covers all orginal defects in material and workmanship.
